Silly Onion TCG was born from two things: a love of Pokémon and a belief that collecting should be fun, welcoming and affordable.
Behind the onion are Pikajo (Jo) and Dinkii (Em), two collectors who wanted to build the kind of shop they'd enjoy buying from themselves. Alongside them is a brilliant group of testers, supporters and friends who help shape new ideas, test products and keep everything on track.
Whether you're opening your very first booster pack, searching for a missing card or simply collecting because you love the artwork, you're welcome here.
Where the name comes from
The name? That's a little piece of home.
Dinkii's Gran lived by the sea in Newlyn, Cornwall. Every day she'd watch the Scillonian III ferry make its journey out to the Isles of Scilly and back again. It was simply part of everyday life.
Except she never called it the Scillonian.
To her, it was always the Silly Onion.
The nickname stuck, and years later it became the perfect name for something we wanted to build.
It's warm, a little daft and guaranteed to make people smile. Just like the community we're trying to create.
What we're about
We believe collecting shouldn't feel intimidating or out of reach.
That's why you'll find a carefully chosen mix of genuine Pokémon singles, sealed products, Rip Packs and custom display pieces, all selected with collectors in mind.
We're here for:
