Thank you for shopping with Silly Onion TCG Ltd. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Returns Policy Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

Conditions for Returns We will only accept returns where:

  • The item is unopened and sealed in its original packaging
  • The item is returned in the same condition as it was received
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or unsealed products — any product that has been opened cannot be returned
  • Single cards — all individual card purchases are final sale
  • Rip Packs — all Rip Pack purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, as the contents are revealed upon opening

Incorrect Purchases We are unable to accept returns where you have purchased the wrong product. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us at hello@sillyonion.co.uk before placing your order if you have any questions.

Return Postage The customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at hello@sillyonion.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 3 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
