Where We Ship We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at your local delivery depot or returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@sillyonion.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
